''Howler'' is a quarterly soccer magazine for North American fans. It was founded by Mark Kirby and George Quraishi. Issue eight's cover was released on the morning of May 27, 2015. It depicts United States women's national soccer team star Carli Lloyd about to kick FIFA president Sepp Blatter's head.
